We decided to make the experience of the construction of the exhaust system.To achieve the maximum power we choose the crossover system. A friend of mine, who works in a factory that produces racing exhaust system for motorbikes made calculation on how to get the best results and drew a schetch that we followed.

 


 

We started from production tubes that we adapted cutting and bending.

 

 

It's very important to study carefully the lay-out, in order to save space.In these pictures it's possible to see the Ellison caburetor, the Electrosystems lightweight starter and the 24v lightweight alternator.


 

 

 

The joints of the tubes of the opposed cylinders require a difficult cut. We used the Dremel tool and then the sanding machine for refining.

 

 

 

 

This is the result.It looks good
