After the engine's installation it comes the time of the cowling. We decided to start from the nose cowl.It's a cowl that Com.Fogliani gave us and that he had made expecially for his beautiful Falco. I had to build the mounting jig so that the cowl is properly centered on the engine.

I am bending and controlling the curve on the original falco's jig.In the third picture i am positioning it on the falco.

We are always trying to give the best look for our falco.So we decided to make a central cowl that is raised in the center and follows the radius of the spinner.

This is the piano hinge's installation.We primed the part of the cowling that was going to be covered by the hinge.

This is the result.It looks good
